It is conditioned by characteristic clinical manifestations and more than systemic complications

Geriatric psoriasis, due to its present clinical manifestations and major cases of systemic complications in this age group, is a defining theme for dermatologists. For the sake of it, our objective object is proportional to a description general epidemiological consequencesclinics and therapies among major patients over 60 with psoriasis in one center of reference in Iran.
Materials and methods
This transversal study was performed on 156 major patients out of 60 a conos with definitive diagnostics de psoriasis que fueron remitidos in our center between 2015 and 2019. Mediante la revision of the clinical histories of patients, basal features, including demographic data, subacute comorbidities, age of the patient, extraction of the apparition, clinical type of the patient, clinical manifestations and therapeutic infos.
The clinical characteristic is more similar to the plate type (73.1%) following the pustular type (10.9%). The most frequently compromised zone affects the lower extremities (84.6%).
The majority of patients are treated with this type (87.1%), such as the most frequent systemic abortions considering methotrexate and acitretin for 74.4% and 60.3%, respectively.
To be found an age of apparition media of nursing significantly higher than in female sex patients than in male sex patients. The plate type is more frequent in men than in women.
Además, the probability of humpback compromise is 2.43 more than men in months (p = 0.011, IC 95%: 1,22-4,84).
The duration of the information is significantly greater patients who have placental abruption in comparison with those that are not only characteristic. On the contrary, those with a palmoplantar type experiment with a shorter duration of the nursery.
The clinical features, the patterns of affecting the enema, as well as the considerations of treating the patient, can be influenced by the demographic characteristics.
Sex and age are associated with their characteristics geriatric psoriasis clinicsincluding the type and location of the nurse, therapeutic considerations and rygo defectation ungueal comrbida and psoriatic arthritis.
The clinical manifestations, patterns of affectation of the epidermis, and the infirmities of treatment considered in association with geriatric psoriasis are associated with demographic characteristics such as age and sex, since the halaggos of the study studio D
Geriatric psoriasis is characterized by isolated clinical manifestations and many other systemic complications that have been demonstrated in a dermatological manner. Although a wide range of people with psoriasis are major people, with the 60- to 69-year-old age group associated with the most high-quality psoriasis treatment apparatus in the United States, there may be major deaths of potentially mortal, such as heart failure, Psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and a large number of veins can contribute to a financial burden and medical attorney and justify personalized infusions for the medicine chain.
“Consequently, the gestational and therapeutic infos in psoriasis should be different in comparison with the younger population. In order to be objective, the first step is to obtain sufficient information about the epidemiological, demographic and clinical characteristics of the nurse in each community, ”says the authors of the study.
Realize a transversal studio to proportionalize a vision general epidemiological consequencesclinics and therapies among major patients aged 60 years with definitive diagnosis of psoriasis that is remitted at Razi Dermatological Hospital of Tehran, Iran, between 2015 and 2019.
A total of 156 patients with psoriasis (edad media [DE]68.5 [DE] años; hombres, n = 95) which contain only registered archives of initial characteristics that include demographic data, subjective comorbidities, age of apparition of the disease, clinical type of the disease, clinical manifestations that are often enfused.
Between the cohort of the study, the clinical characteristic is more common than the plate type (73.1%), following the pustular type (10.9%). The most frequently affected area affects the lower extremities (84.6%), including the increase in the size of the skin, joints and joints (APs) in 26.9%, 40.3% and 19.2% of the patients, respectively . The most common comorbidities are high blood pressure (25.0%) and diabetes (16.0%).
In the therapeutic direction, the majority of patients are treated with this type (87.1%), considering that systemic abortions are more frequent than methotrexate (74.4%) and acitretin (60.3%).
Comparing the basal features between men and women affected by psoriasis, female patients in comparison with male patients having only one significant major leader at the beginning of the disease (59.23 [13,48] frente a 51.83 [15,80] años; p = 0,002), the type of plate wind most prevalent in men under construction (76.9% front to 67.3%; P = 0.026), and the probability of unequal compromise being 2.43 more than that of men per month (48.4% frente to 27.9%; IC del 95%, 1.22-4.84; P = 0.011). No differences are observed between the 2 groups for the typical or systemic therapeutic infos.
On the contrary, the median age of patients receiving methotrexate is significantly higher than that of other patients (67.54 [6,56] frente at 71.13 [8,80] años; p = 0.013) and major ligaments in patients receiving standard therapy (68.88 [7,49] front at 65.65 [5,53] años; p = 0.052). It should be noted that patients who have only a higher incidence of psoriasis have the highest probability of relapse or phototherapy.
It must be demonstrated that the media coverage of the nursing era is significantly higher in patients who have psoriasis on plaques in comparison with those that are not only characteristic (14.82 [12,67] before 9.53 [11,67] años; P = 0.034), meters that palmoplantar type experiments experiment with a distance shorter than the diameter (14.82 [12,67] before 9.53 [11,67] años, p = 0.034).
The APs were more likely to relate to more young patients, with one patient media being with articular impairment of 65.23 (6.33) at 69.23 (7.37) years (p = 0.007).
“The sex differences in the characteristics of the nursery are mainly related to the age of the apparition of the nursery, the length of the nursery, the type of the nursery and the risk of affecting them. More studies are needed to determine which pharmacological therapies are most effective and should be prescribed to geriatric patients ”, concludes the investigators.
